Quick fixes for the usual problems.
Joining a room
Open the invite link, or type the 10-letter code. Allow the microphone when asked.
Playing BGMI or another game
Turn the game's own voice chat OFF, both mic and speaker. Only one app can use your mic at a time, and the game wins if its voice is on. You will still hear friends, but they will hear silence from you.
Android: use the Lobbyden app so your mic keeps working while you play. If your phone stops it, set battery to "Unrestricted" for Lobbyden (Xiaomi, Vivo, Oppo and Samsung hide this under Battery or App launch settings).
iPhone: keep Lobbyden on screen to talk. iPhone pauses the mic of a website in other apps.
Can't hear, or nobody hears you
Tap Audio, check the microphone and speaker names, then tap Reset audio settings. If "Tap to turn on sound" shows up, tap it.
Bluetooth: connect the headset before you join. If friends can't hear you, switch the mic to the phone or a wired earphone in Audio. Wired earphones are the most reliable.
Report a room or a person
In a room, tap Report. It opens an email with the time and a room ID (not the code) filled in. Add what happened and send. Or email us yourself (address at the bottom of this page). We reply within 2 working days.
To silence one person only for you, tap them in the room and turn their volume down to 0.
