TERMS
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Agreeing
By using Lobbyden you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. You must be 18 or older.
2. What Lobbyden is
A free voice room for friends who play games together, run by Aakash Kapoor. Rooms are private and invite-only: they can't be searched or browsed, and only people who have the link or code can join.
Lobbyden is not connected to, endorsed by or affiliated with Krafton, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI), PUBG Mobile or any game maker. Game names are used only to describe how people use Lobbyden.
3. Your part
Use Lobbyden only with people who want to talk with you. Don't:
- harass, threaten, bully or pretend to be someone else
- share hateful, sexual or violent content, or anything involving minors
- record others without their OK
- break the law, or help someone else do it
- try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or get around its limits
Anyone with the code can join the room, so share it only with your squad.
4. Our part
We try to keep Lobbyden running and safe, but it comes "as is", with no promise of uptime or call quality. Rooms are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't see or hear them. If someone misuses Lobbyden, use the Report button in the room or email us (Contact below) with the time and what happened. We may block abusive use of the service.
5. Cost
Lobbyden is free and has no ads. If paid extras ever come, they will be optional, with clear prices and terms first.
6. Liability
As far as Indian law allows, Aakash Kapoor is not liable for indirect losses, lost games or data, or anything said by other users. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for big changes, say so in the app. Using Lobbyden after a change means you accept it. These terms follow the laws of India.
